Having an exemplary career in academics spanning over 40 years. Dr. Suman Mehrotra has always been backbone, the edifice of the Sansthan. Her contribution towards setting up standards of education have had for reaching results in shaping the scholastic landscape of our Sansthan. Equipped with a degree in Electrical Engineering from H.B.T.I Kanpur. She is ocean of patience, has boundless love to share, and is humility personified and a go-getter. 

Institute of Engineering and Technology is large in size and reputation also. We have demonstrated impressive performance on account of almost all parameters. Placement and employability are key focus in our training process. Key factors in our growth have been superior quality students’ intake, high quality career and placement, technology drivers and culture. At IET, perspective on learning is different. As an institute we recognize that professional education is about thinking and doing. An important element of our learning is how you learn to drive yourself and deliver .

IET-a unique benchmark in itself; since the very beginning, the flagship was retained in the hands of trained & experienced management & faculty. The group is a yardstick in the educational area of U.P. which others have followed.

Past 12 years, campus charter, indicates a flood of academic, cultural & sports activities. Some landmarks achieved by IET include the concept of promoting research work, vision & realization of holding campus placement activity for students, Collaboration of the Group with leading companies for the post-placement training activities, run for the NBA.

In addition to giving conventional inputs, we try to develop the mindset and attitudes that are required in today’s business environment. Through our value-based education, we make our students responsive to societal issues. IET possesses a vibrant and talented community of students who are actively involved in various conferences, seminars, workshops, group activities, competitions and cultural events.
